Platform

• What is Pan Ciepełko?

  Pan Ciepełko is a platform that turns a building’s drawings into a designed, configured, simulated and priced energy system — heating, cooling, hot water, photovoltaics, battery storage and controls — for small hotels, guesthouses and apartment buildings. After commissioning, the same model runs the plant and accounts for consumption.

• Who is the platform for?

  Two groups: architects designing small hospitality and multi-unit buildings, and the investors and owners of such properties. The architect gets an energy concept for the project at a stage where plant space can still be planned. The investor gets a calculated system and documentation for the contractors.

• What do I need to upload to start?

  Floor plans (ideally DXF, PDF is fine), basic data on the building and location, and information on equipment already in the project. For existing properties, bills or meter readings from recent seasons help. You do not need an installation design or an energy audit.

• What exactly do I get?

  A preliminary design: hydraulic and electrical schematics, an equipment list placed on the floor plan, a bill of materials with prices, a full-year simulation report (consumption, generation, cost, payback), a one-page investor summary and documentation for the installers. After installation — a controller configuration ready to load.

• Is the simulation real numbers or an estimate?

  The simulation runs the designed plant together with its control logic through a full year of real data: hourly energy prices, weather and occupancy profile. It is a model, so it has assumptions — but they are explicit and concern this building, this equipment and this tariff, not an industry average.

• Is the platform self-service already?

  Not yet. The portal for architects and investors is under construction. Until then we run the same process for selected projects as a service — with the same results. Write to us and we will agree the scope.

Services and pricing

• How does pricing work?

  We offer three services, each priced and ordered separately: preliminary design with simulation (by scope), equipment supply (per bill of materials), and programming and commissioning (by scope or by the hour). System maintenance is a separate item. We do not give discounts conditional on ordering another service. A quote is prepared after we have seen the project.

• Can I order only the design and build it with another supplier?

  Yes. The preliminary design is a stand-alone product. The documentation is vendor-neutral wherever possible — you can take it to any equipment supplier and any installer.

• Do you install?

  No. We do not carry out electrical work, mechanical mounting or plumbing connections. That is done by an installer chosen by the investor, holding the required qualifications. Our role ends with the documentation, the equipment supply and software commissioning through the data interface.

• Will you commission a system whose equipment I bought elsewhere?

  Yes. Programming and commissioning can be ordered independently of any equipment purchase — also for equipment bought from another supplier and for existing installations that need a configuration review or completion.

• Which control system do you work on?

  Loxone: Miniserver, Tree and Air components, Modbus and DALI extensions. Loxone integrates heat pumps, inverters, battery storage and meters from different manufacturers. We program Loxone remotely across Poland and the German-speaking countries; on site in Gdańsk and Pomerania.

• Do you work with existing properties?

  Yes. We start with readings and bills, model the plant that is there, and show what controls alone deliver and what would need additional equipment. Often the first step needs no plumbing work.

• Where do you operate?

  Based in Gdańsk. Designs and simulations remotely for all of Poland and Central Europe; commissioning remotely, site visits in the Tricity and the Pomeranian voivodeship, other locations by arrangement. We work in Polish, English and German.

Data and formalities

• What happens to my drawings?

  They are used solely to prepare your project. We do not share them with third parties beyond the contractors you name, and we do not use them to train publicly available models. Details in the privacy policy.

• Who is responsible for the preliminary design?

  The preliminary design is a concept, not an executable design. Before materials are ordered and works carried out it must be checked and approved by an installer or designer holding the required qualifications. The terms describe the rules on liability.

• Do you issue VAT invoices?

  Yes. We are an active VAT payer in Poland (VAT ID PL5833495608), including for intra-EU transactions. B2B invoices are issued through the Polish national e-invoicing system (KSeF).
