Services

Three services. Each ordered separately.

Preliminary design, equipment supply, programming and commissioning. Each has its own scope, its own price and its own order — and each can be ordered without the others. There is no bundle in which one comes “free” with another.

Scope

From concept to working controls — but not in one bag.

  1. 01

    Preliminary design with full-year simulation

An energy system concept prepared from the building’s floor plans: hydraulic and electrical schematics, an equipment list with placement, a bill of materials with prices, and a full-year simulation report on real energy prices and weather. Priced by scope (number of units, zones, sources) — never as a percentage of equipment value. The preliminary design is a concept and must be verified by a qualified person before execution.

  2. 02

    Equipment supply

Sale of the equipment on the bill of materials: Loxone controllers and modules, energy meters, communication modules, battery storage and heat pump components. Equipment is delivered in factory condition; installation is carried out by an installer chosen by the buyer. An order for equipment alone — without design and without commissioning — is a normal order, not an exception.

  3. 03

    Programming and commissioning

Loading the configuration, parametrising the devices and testing operation — exclusively through the data interface, remotely or on site, on an installation mounted, wired and energised by the installer. The service can also be ordered for equipment bought from another supplier, and for existing installations that need a configuration review or the “rescue” of an unfinished project.

System maintenance — software updates, remote diagnostics, minor configuration adjustments — is offered as a separate priced item, as standard for the first 24 months after commissioning, extendable under a separate service agreement.

Controls

We work on Loxone.

The building control layer is built on the Loxone platform — Miniserver, Tree and Air components, Modbus and DALI extensions. Loxone lets heating, cooling, hot water, lighting, access and energy management be described in one configuration, and integrates heat pumps, inverters, battery storage and meters from different manufacturers via Modbus, network protocols and APIs.

The configuration we load is generated from the building model — circuits, zones, sources — not from a template. For existing Loxone installations we offer a configuration audit, an energy management extension and remote support. Loxone programming is done remotely across Poland, Germany, Austria and Switzerland; on site in Gdańsk, the Tricity and Pomerania.

What we do not do

We do not work on the electrical or plumbing installation.

We do not carry out electrical works (work on installations above 50 V AC / 120 V DC, inside distribution boards, laying and connecting conductors), mechanical mounting, construction works, or connections to heating, ventilation or plumbing systems. That work is done by an installer chosen by the investor, holding the required qualifications, from our documentation after its verification.

Software commissioning starts once the installation is mounted, tested and energised, and network connectivity and access credentials are available. This split is not a formality — it is what makes each service orderable on its own, and keeps responsibility for the installation where the qualifications are.

Pricing principles

Each service has its own price and its own order.

A quote is always prepared after we have seen the project. Write to us with a description of the property — we reply with scope, timing and price.

Where

Gdańsk and Pomerania on site. Everywhere else remotely.

Based in Gdańsk. Preliminary design and simulation are prepared remotely for properties across Poland and Central Europe. Programming and commissioning are done remotely through the data interface; site visits cover the Tricity and the Pomeranian voivodeship, and other locations by arrangement. We work in Polish, English and German.
