Starting point
You upload what you already have at this stage of the project.
The platform does not need an installation design or an energy audit to start. The documents that exist at concept stage of a hotel or guesthouse project are enough — plus a few answers to simple questions.
Floor plans
Ideally as DXF; PDF is accepted too. From the drawings we read the rooms, their areas and use, and the places where sensors, meters and controllers are needed.
Basic building data
Location, type of property, number of units or rooms, insulation standard, intended heating and cooling, domestic hot water preparation.
Equipment already in the project
Often a heat pump or photovoltaic panels have already been chosen. The platform works with what is there — it does not start from zero and does not force a change of supplier.
Grid connection and tariff
Connection capacity, distribution tariff, a dynamic tariff where available. For existing buildings, bills or meter readings from recent seasons.
Five stages
One building model, five results.
All stages work on the same model. A change in the plan — a different room split, an added wing — flows through design, simulation, configuration and documentation without recalculating from scratch.
- 01
Reading the drawings
The plans are processed automatically into a model of rooms, zones and risers. A point list emerges: where a temperature sensor, a meter, a zone controller or a valve is needed.
- 02
System design
Selection and placement of heat and cooling sources, heating circuits, buffer, battery storage and controls — for this building, not from a template. The result is a preliminary design: hydraulic schematic, electrical schematic, equipment and material list, and a price.
- 03
Control configuration
The control logic comes from the same model: circuits, heating curves, schedules, source priorities, response to energy prices and occupancy. The controller receives a configuration shaped to the plant that will actually be built.
- 04
Full-year simulation
The design and its control logic run through a full year of real data: hourly energy prices, weather, occupancy profile. The output is consumption, generation, cost and payback — numbers a decision and a financing application can rest on.
- 05
Hand-over documentation
Schematics, cable and pipe runs, distribution board layout, bill of materials. The architect or investor hands the set to the installers, who verify, price and build — from a document, not a conversation.
What you get
A set you can show an investor, a bank and a contractor.
- Preliminary design of the energy system (concept)
- Hydraulic and electrical schematics
- Point and device list, placed on the floor plan
- Bill of materials with prices
- Full-year simulation report: consumption, generation, cost, payback
- Controller configuration ready to load after installation
- Documentation for electrical and plumbing installers
- Investor summary — one page, numbers and conclusions
The preliminary design is a concept, not an executable design. Before materials are ordered and works carried out it must be reviewed and approved by an installer or designer holding the required qualifications. That is always the case — also when the concept comes from an engineering office.
After commissioning
The model does not stop working on hand-over day.
The same model that designed the plant runs it afterwards: it joins meters, inverters, heat pump and battery into one picture of what the building makes, stores and draws; it takes in the weather forecast, hourly prices and arrivals from the booking system; it shifts heating, cooling and charging into cheap or self-generated hours. The owner gets accounts per system and per period — for reporting, and to check that the simulation held.
Equipment
Vendor-independent.
The platform works with equipment from many manufacturers: heat pumps, inverters, battery storage, meters and zone controllers. Integration goes through standard interfaces — Modbus, network protocols, manufacturer APIs. The building control layer is described on the services page.
Confidentiality
Your drawings stay yours.
Uploaded plans and building data are used solely to prepare this project. They are not shared with third parties beyond the contractors you name, and they are not used to train publicly available models. Details are in the privacy policy.
Status
The platform is under construction. The process works today.
The self-service portal for architects and investors is in development. Until then we run the same process — read, design, configure, simulate, hand over — for selected projects as a service, on the same model and with the same results.
