The situation
Plant in small properties is rarely calculated. It is picked.
A heat pump from the catalogue, panels “as many as fit on the roof”, a battery sized to a promotion, controls from each manufacturer separately. Each of these can be a good product. Together they make an installation in which the building buys energy in the expensive hours, gives its own production away for pennies and never reaches the efficiency it paid for.
On a dynamic tariff or time-of-use rates, the gap between good and average coordination is often tens of percent of the annual bill. Without a simulation nobody sees that before commissioning — and after commissioning it is too late to change the sizing.
What you get
Numbers a decision can rest on.
A preliminary design from your plans
Heat and cooling sources, circuits, buffer, photovoltaics, battery storage and controls sized for this building — taking into account equipment you have already chosen.
A full-year simulation on real data
The design runs through a full year of hourly energy prices, weather and occupancy. Result: consumption, generation, annual cost and payback — not from spreadsheet assumptions, but from a simulation of this plant and this control logic.
Documentation for contractors
Schematics, bill of materials, distribution board layout. Your installers price from a document. You can compare quotes, because each covers the same scope.
Controls that run the building
After commissioning the same model joins heat pump, inverters, battery and meters, takes in weather forecast, prices and bookings, and shifts consumption into cheap hours. You get accounts per period.
How you buy
Three services. Each ordered separately — or not at all.
- 01
Preliminary design and simulation
Priced by scope, independent of equipment value. You receive the full document set and the report. You can stop there and build the project with any supplier.
- 02
Equipment supply
If you wish, we supply the equipment on the list — heat pump, controls, battery, meters — on a separate order and invoice. You can also buy it elsewhere; the documentation is vendor-neutral wherever possible.
- 03
Programming and commissioning
Once your installers have finished the installation, we load the configuration, parametrise the devices and test operation — remotely or on site, through the data interface. Also for equipment bought elsewhere.
Electrical work, mechanical mounting and plumbing connections are carried out by installers you choose, holding the required qualifications. System maintenance (updates, remote diagnostics, configuration adjustments) is offered as a separate item. Details on the services page and in the terms.
Financing
Documentation prepared for an application.
The simulation report and the bill of materials are structured so they can be carried into a grant or loan application — with costs split into categories and the energy effect justified by simulation figures rather than estimates. If you plan external financing, tell us at the start: the document layout can be matched to the programme’s requirements.
Existing properties
No need to start from scratch.
A running guesthouse with a heat pump that “heats somehow” and panels that export the surplus to the grid is a typical starting point. We begin with readings and bills from recent seasons, model the plant that is there, and show what controls alone deliver and what would require additional equipment. Often the first step needs no plumbing work at all.
Start
Tell us what property you have.
Type of building, location, number of rooms or units, stage (design, construction, operating property) and whether you have floor plans. We reply on working days, usually within a day, in Polish, English or German.
